Tesamorelin 2mg — Stabilized GHRH Analogue for Growth Axis Research

Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-44) carrying a trans-3-hexenoyl group on the N-terminal tyrosine. This modification substantially slows enzymatic degradation relative to native GHRH while preserving receptor affinity. It stimulates the pituitary to release growth hormone in a pulsatile, physiologically patterned manner, and is studied extensively in visceral adipose tissue and IGF-1 axis research.

Research applications

Storage

Store lyophilized powder at -20°C for up to 24 months, protected from light and moisture. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2°C to 8°C and use within 14 days.

Reconstitution

Add 2.0 mL of Sterile Bacteriostatic Water down the inside wall of the vial. Let it stand for 2-3 minutes, then swirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake — vigorous agitation can denature the peptide chain.
